Phoned on numerous occasions to get my car booked in but they never answer the phones. Tried at least 8 times throughout a couple of weeks. Pointless waste of time. Ive gone elsewhere.
I have recently bought a Peugeot Approved used car from Parks Peugeot Bathgate. The video presentation I received from sales consultant Laura regarding the vehicle upon my initial enquiry was both informative and professional. A few phone calls and a visit to the branch later & I secured myself a most excellent vehicle at a fair price which I am very happy with. No hard sales pitch and braw coffee!I would certainly use this dealership again if looking for a new or approved used motor.
From this branch I have trade in my car and bought a new Peugeot on PCP. The facts we have discussed in call/email are different from the final signed copy. When I requested them to change the details(Mileage per year) they asked for more money on PCP EMI. I got cash back of my car after approx. 21 days which was said max 3 days. No way to get rid of PCP, worst staff service and sales manager ever I seen so far in UK. Within 14 days of PCP I sold my car next door and cleared up all dues as I dont want I do any business with them. I saw few customer has the similar experience as well after sale. I got cash back of my insurance (Alloy & Tyre) after following up 15 days and more than 18 email to sales & complain team.From my experience, the staff are very good while selling and can promise anything to sale the car but as a customer you must know to whom you are dealing with and read contract before signing on table even you have any verbal/email/phone confirmation. They dont worth for trust and dont have any professional ethics at all. I share my feedback at least to all of my friends locally, to my society & community and online so they must aware about the branch & before doing business with them.They are NOT nearby to any star review option but its mandatory so I will give one

went to buy my first new car at age 18 a few days ago, we got an amazing sales man called Gary at the Bathgate branch who couldn't have been more helpful! Very easy to take to and had a brilliant personality, he helped me pick a brand new Peugeot 208 and made me feel very comfortable during my test drive. We sat for over an hour getting everything sorted with trading my car, which didn't feel long as Gary was talking away and offering juice, coffee etc. I'm extremely thankful that he was there that day and hope he gets credit for this!!
