I tried phoning to get an appointment for next week which was always alright with them until quite recently been unable to get an appointment at all the phone rings then it just says lines busy and when a do get through the phone just rings out until it either rings other completely or a get hung up on. Not very happy about this at all been trying for weeks to get an appointment but seem to be gettig no where at all, even asked for an emergency appointment nope none available just phone in every day to see if there is an open place which I think is ridiculous considering I work till early hours in the morning. I feel this place needs to change otherwise people will stop going to them.
Extremely gard to get through for an '''on the day" appointment. When eventually the call gets answered, there are no appointments left. (Latest example- I started calling at 8am. First im told the practice is closed. Thereafter it's engaged. My phone has an automatic redial so after over 90 attempts, I get through at 8.07 and all appointments are gone!! This time however, unlike many times before, the receptionist was polite, helpful and understanding.) I can never get an answer when calling to make a two week appointment. Having recently moved from an Edinburgh practice that actually SEES patients, I am very disappointed. Worst patient experience ever.
It takes an average of 19 to 33 phone calls to get through, then been told there's no appointment. Doctors at best, very weak and appear to know very little. No online appointments.

It's nearly impossible to book an appointment. Nothing available for 2 weeks and they ask to phone everyday in case there is an opening. Last time I tried to call at 8 am it took 67 calls until they picked up my call!! Obviously I can't spend 1 or 2 hours trying to phone every morning as I have to go to work.I understand that there might be a lack of availability but...shouldnt it be easier to have an online booking system? Patients wouldn't have to waste time and receptionists wouldn't have some many calls.
