Booked mum in two weeks ago she been waiting to get the tooth ache fixed got a message saying has cancelled because a stomach bug no happy she has ms I have to do almost everything for her we have to cancel 24hours in advance but the just do it a few hours before I want compensation it's only fair I would have to pay them if I got my opointment
