Had loads of problems regarding root canal treatment or teeth getting taken out developed a phobia of the place now
Nice place with friendly team and they performed very well on producing excellent plates and maintenance for me.
From a patients point of view this practice is ok, parking is difficult due to a primary school being next door. There seem to be major staffing problems, staff are always leaving, this would be understandable if a change of career was the reason but most of the staff that have left are working in other practices in and around West Lothian.
I had developed a bit of a phobia of the dentist over the years, so it was a pleasure to have my treatment done at Smiles Plus. Welcoming, highly competent staff, excellent quality of work done and everyone really made me feel at ease. I now no longer dread my next visit to the dentist! Thanks folks! :-)
