Have had various work carried out by Taylor Roofs over a number of years. I have found them to be an extremely professional company, always carry out the work at the agreed time (weather permitting of course) and to a high standard, staff are willing to help in any way they can. In my experience an extremely trustworthy company. I have also referred them on to a number of friends, who have had no issues.
We first met Jamie a few years ago when we needed some roof ridge tiles replaced and so when we had a bigger problem we called Taylor Roofs first. From then on in the service and professionalism of this company was exceptional and every one we encountered had the same attitude ......"customer satisfaction". We now have a full new roof including a fairly big conservatory and all in a week from start to finish. The on site team were superb, diligent , good humoured , cheerful and did not stop and cleaned up every night. Now maybe you could shop around and get a less expensive solution but for this level of premium service we would be more than happy to recommend Taylor Roofs.
Fixed my badly leaking roof back at the start of autumn and couldn't have asked for better service. Turned up when they said for both the initial quote and the job itself. Finished the job within time and to a great standard. Been great not worrying if I'll be getting drips from the ceiling after every rain shower! Highly recommend them for anyone needing any roofwork done.
I lost a number of tiles during some high wind and got the guys out to quote, it was competitive and the job was great. They also identified areas of my roof that needed further improvement and showed me pictures of it. Would use again
Impressed with initial contact. Jamie arrived promptly and carried out an assessment of my flat garage/dining room roof and submitted a quote within 48hours. Stephen, Blair and Jake carried out the replacement of my flat roof. Reliable, professional, quality workmanship, tidy and hard working. The attention to detail was much appreciated as was the sweeping of debris from my roof, cleaning of guttering and touch painting my wall where needed. Received updates from Stephen at end of each day with a follow up from Brian in office to check I was happy with progress. Helped put me as the customer front and centre which is a strength of this company. Nikki in the office kept me up to date with start times and invoicing. A smooth operation from start to finish. Communication very strong within the team/company. Refreshing to have work carried out which delivers on quality, timescales and customer satisfaction!
