I've used Purdie's several times, the most recent was this year when we moved to Whitburn. Couldn't be happier with the service. We even got a week's worth of free storage due to the lawyers mucking us about!
Over priced for the service they gave. Very poor
Came to access my storage after it being there two years. One box broken so contents broken also. MOULD on leather couch and dinning room seats. Will update review when collect all my goods from storage.
Don't use them. Broke my tv because their packing is shoddy. They then hide behind their insurance company and blame you for taking it out. Disgraceful customer services. And the reply you get is you broke it. No i didn't it was put in to storage bubble wrapped. It was broken in storage. Impact mark on tv where is was packed with a metal bedframe that wasn't tied down. You can see clearly by the pictures that were sent to you. When i phoned was always promised a phone call back. Never happened!!! You wanted a disabled woman to take a 50in tv back to your premises so you could inspect it, how i was meant to do that when i can hardly walk most days is beyond me. But thats your customer services for you... I only ever got a reaction off you when i put it on twitter and facebook. DON'T USE THEM!!!!! Caused me nothing but stress.
Hard working porters and drivers with a very helpful and friendly office staff. Can't fault their professionalism and work ethic. A credit to the Purdie name.
