Customer service is awful! Shame as food is good but they do not value regular customers. Ordered online, did not have any money only card due to illness. We have been a victim of online fraud in past so we do not put our card details online. We asked to bring card machine to pay at door as we have paid at door by card previously. Delivery driver came and said we couldn't pay by card at door we must pay online. We explained we did not have money and had paid by card at door previously but he wasn't listening and was quite demanding so we said to leave it he said fine and went away. I then received a phone call and was told if I wanted to pay by card at door I have to phone not order online! I explained why we did not put our card details online due to being previous victims of online fraud and he said "not my problem"! I must pay online if I want the order. I told him I wasn't paying online ever after what happened and asked him where his customer service skills were. I couldn't see what the problem was and why I couldn't pay at the door with the card machine as I had done previously. He said he gets a charge from the website company on all card machines and because I had put a note in to bring card machine he might get charged! He said if I won't pay online then the order is cancelled and hung up. We buy from them every week and are extremely disappointed that they do not value us as customers. They could have easily put the sale through at the door and charged us the extra 60p to pay the company but didn't have the decency to help their loyal customer and clearly didn't care why we were scared to put our card details in online. Lose lose situation and so petty rather than help a loyal customer.
