Ingeborg Mcilroy and her manger Jane Kelly are a disgrace.Avoid this place at all costs as they will lie in their reports they won't do nothing to help a family. the manager will scream on the phone to you if you record any the house visits she will state its illegal. but police have already said it's not that social work have to just get with the times.and with being screamed at and asking for the complaints procedure Jane Kelly will say she doesn't know it. which is ridiculous.Ingeborg (inge) SCR-2081841 she is evil. she will attack your child. she attacked my 4 now 5 year old son by grabbing his arm and shouting at him trying to force him to give her eye contact and to listen to her. my mother got her out the house and she sat in the social work car with inge and inge still having her temper began banging her hands of her steering wheel saying I don't do this or I don't do that and moan about me making a complaint about her manager shouting at me.she will also attack a parent. and then cry back to her manager how she was attacked (completely false)home and family service is supposed to work with my family she has planned this to stop them being able to come out as she knew I was wanting to work with them which would make inges report out to be false. she attacked me on Thursday. 23rd I asked her to get out she was reluctant but eventually she walked into the hall I escorted her to the door and I was trying to unlock my front door she pushed me to the point I accidently grabbed her arm to stop my self falling. my advocacy worker was sitting in the living room unable to see into the hall as my mum was standing in the door way and after I let go of social workers arm straight away. she still proceded to shout let go of me. (I suspect to try and make the situation sound worse so my advocacy worker could say she heard her say that hence the reason she didn't phone the police straightaway. She hasn't counted on my mum telling the truth my mum is making a statement as she witnessed the social work pushing me. My fear is they will try blackmail my mum into giving a false statement by saying she won't be allowed the kids.and that further note I've complained to the social work team at the council. they have swept everything under the rug and took the social works side on basocally everything never getting in touch with witnesses or nothing.
Absolute joke of a place been trying to get a hold of a manager for a month or more still yet no reply or phone call so now took it further...
