My coat was damaged by the shop but the owner lied to avoid responsibility. Unbelievably bad attitude and customer service. Shop staff on the other hand are mostly all lovely, really helpful.
Lady member of staff was outstanding, very polite and very helpful can't thank her enough if only staff everywhere were as happy to help well done to the lady manners do still exist
Washing machine died & needed sheets & towels. Dropped them off at 2.30 on Saturday & all washed, dried & folded for 4.45 that day. Thank you so much for a great service.
