Good facilities, friendly staff, plenty of parking and good access ;)
The staff are friendly and helpful the gym is amazing and the place on a whole is very clean plenty of parking and a lovely area to even go for a walk outside in better weather
Great big spacious place. My girls love the pool. Cafe is nice. Staff friendly and its always clean
Large sports centre with plenty facilities. Huge, well equipped gym. Dedicated "Spin" studio. Plenty classes on every day. Even has a 9 hole golf course at the venue.
I go to the gentle exercise class on. Monday and sometimes Wednesday and I think it is excellent.Usually taken by Linda she always gives options for each exercise making them as demanding or easy as you want to do ,difficult given that it is very well attended with a huge range of abilities.She likes a laugh too .Great start to my day.Centre itself has welcoming reception staff and is always spotlessly clean with good cafe.
