I went in to get measured on Thursday 13th April 2017 for a bra. I've had issues getting fitted places before as I have such a small back and large bust. I had heard great reviews about this place, I phoned before I went in so I knew they could help. I was fitted by Karen and she tried lots of different bras on me she was busy and rushed about as there was lots of customers in wanted fitted. there was a few moments I was standing in the room waiting to get the bra clipped at the back as she asked whilst she was fitting another lady, but I didnt complain as she was helping me and I understand places can be busy. I ended up buying 2 bras that felt comfortable on in the shop at the cost of 66 after I was in for 1 hour when I got home I tried them on both for a few minutes to move around in them and see how they felt as I couldn't do so in this tiny room. I realised that they were uncomfortable and maybe didn't fit okay for me so I decided I would take them back. On Saturday the 15th April 2017 I went in to return them as the girl that sold them to me said that I had 14 days to return them with the receipt and as long as the tags were still on witch they were as I only tried them on in the house like I did in the shop, so I was wanting to return them and I was told I can but would not get my money back? Not once was I informed about this when I was buying them or I would have took into consideration as to what I was buying as I know I am really awkward and struggle to find bras that fit comfortably and well, so I had mentioned that I was not told this when buying them so Karen started raising her voice at me as I did back as was trying to explain I was not informed about no refunds she spoke to me and my boyfriend in a rude unprofessional way where I started to cry my boyfriend pointed out that I was upset and she said "I don't care it's her own fault" he then asked for her name so he could complain and give a bad review about her customer service and how we were treated, he asked how to spell her name as he was about to put it into his phone and she said to him and I quote "can you not spell like?, why can't you spell?" He is dyslexic which I could very rude of her to say. it was a name and there are lots of different ways to spell names especially surnames. I feel very upset and angry about my experience at this shop as I was miss sold information and completely humiliated.
