I don't quite know how to put into words how fantastic both Alex and Eric were. My beautiful Sancha left me on the 11/01/19. Alex kindly picked her up, kissed her and petted her like she was still there. I was so upset but I felt sure that she'd be treated with dignity, respect and would be in very safe hands although it broke my heart to let her go. Eric kindly called me a day early to pick her up, because I'm so upset, it has given me great comfort to have her back home with me. Little touches like the keepsake and candle are lovely and the sleeping cat casket is so tactile too. I'm devastated to lose her but knowing how great icare pet crem were with her, I could not recommend them highly enough. Thank you again x
Alex there isn't enough thanks in the world for what you did for my precious bonnie you kept her dignity and gave her back to us the next day the casket was beautiful and the wee things like candles was all wonderful I think you deserve a medal I am sorry for crying to day when I picked her up but I am over the moon she is back home takes pride and place in my sitting room all that's left for me to say is a great big thanks and a hug from joyce and charles /BONNIE 21/9/18
