Good food, friendly staff. Great asset to the village.
Been a long time since we visited Torphichen Inn. We'll be back there very soon. Party of twelve in the bar for drinks, good service and plenty choice from the bar. Then moved through to dining area where eight of us had food. Well served, all had three courses and every plate was cleared. Good quality, friendly, helpful servers. Spiced apple crumble with lots of custard, enough for three to get extra helping! Finished with very pleasant surprise when we got the bill - super value for money. We'll be back soon. Hear they've got good folk music on Friday nights.
We were here for our Christmas night out, food was good when we eventually got it. Got told to be there for 7 pm the meal was eventually served at 9 pm. The hall is looking lovely but they really need to invest in getting the heating fixed, everybody sat with coats on for about 3hrs. Got told off the assistant manageress that someone was supposed to be out this morning fixing it, but only to find out it was a pack of lies. The hall was seemingly the very same last weekend. Then found out it was the same last year. It's a shame really cause its a lovely wee place
A nice, unpretentious place. Good service and good Scottish food. We visited as part of a group and have a nice time at the Torpichem inn enjoying the good service and music and the Scottish food.
